獲證監會批准 金群利首半年上市

（吉隆坡12日訊）獲證券監督委員會批准，房地產發展商金群利（Matrix Concepts）將在2013年首半年上市馬股主要板。
該公司獨立非執行主席莫哈末哈斯拉指出，截至目前，該公司共完成1700英畝位于森美蘭及柔佛的土地，發展總值高達18億令吉；目前積極發展2項旗艦鄉鎮發展計劃（Flagships Township Development Project）。
“另外，公司目前土地儲備約為2300英畝，發展總值高達65億令吉，主要發展高價值的住宅及商業房產。”
該公司相信，上市活動將有助于進一步提升該公司知名度和曝光率，帶動正發展的兩項旗艦鄉鎮發展計劃，邁向更高的境界。
金群利成立于1996年12月24日，旗下子公司涉及業務包括產業發展、投資控股、項目管理、建築材料採購及管理服務。

Incorporated in 1997 in Negeri Sembilan, and converted into a public limited company in 2004, Matrix Concepts has built upon its strengths to become an innovative and timely property developer, dedicated to serving the needs of its customers. The company’s first successful property development was a joint venture in Bahau, comprising residential and commercial properties with a GDV of RM35mil. Since then, the company has gone on to develop and sell about 19,500 residential and commercial properties to date, with a GDV of RM2bil, in locations across Negeri Sembilan and Johor.

KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd is seeking a listing on Bursa Malaysia with a public issuance of 62.5 million new shares.
Of these, 10 million shares would be made available to the public, 8.8 million for eligible directors and employees, and 43.69 million for private placement to selected investors.
The company said in its prospectus exposure on the Securities Commission website that it was appointing Hong Leong Investment Bank Bhd as the adviser, underwriter and placement agent for the listing.
Matrix Concepts said it intended to use 82.4% of the proceeds for infrastructure, common facilities and working capital.
The rest would be for the construction of a clubhouse, repayment of bank borrowings and for listing expenses.
